Dive Site
The calm beach down from the local dive shop offers an ideal place for training activities. There is a parking lot at the main road, and the site itself is just a short walk downstairs, passing the dive shop. Everything you need can be rented here, and you can take your first steps in diving in sheltered, calm waters, as the site is shielded by a man-made breakwater.
The site is shallow with a flat, sandy bottom. There is not much to explore, but you may be lucky enough to find some fish near the breakwater.

When to visit
Best Time To Dive
The best time to dive is during the warmer period of the year, from May to October. Remember, this is the Atlantic, which is colder by nature, and the water reaches about 22°C at the peak of summer.
Meet the Locals
Wildlife
Given the nature of the site and lot of people, do not expect much wildlife here. Some small fish and crustaceans can be found along the breakwater, in its crevasses and holes, but that’s about it.
